1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SideFrame ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SideFrame is a web-based image comparison tool that allows users to create before/after image comparisons. The service processes images locally in your browser and does not store your images on our servers during the beta period.

3. Beta Service

SideFrame is currently offered as a free beta product. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time. Beta services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

4. User Accounts and Registration

Currently, SideFrame does not require user registration. You may use the service anonymously. If we introduce user accounts in the future, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information and maintain the security of your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use SideFrame only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the service
  • Upload content that violates intellectual property rights of others

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the images and content you upload to SideFrame. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Our Content

The SideFrame name, logo, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by us. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices. During the beta period, your images are processed locally and not stored on our servers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDEFRAME AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SideFrame and its creators from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and SideFrame regarding the service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
